Important Information

  • Check-in: from 3:00 pm (latest arrival 00:00)
  • Check-out: 11:00 am
  • Occupancy: maximum 2 guests per room
  • Not allowed: children, pets, parties, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • Cancellation: full refund up to 5 days before arrival (11:59 pm local time); no refund within 5 days

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 3:00 pm onwards
  • Latest arrival: please arrive no later than 00:00 to complete check-in
  • Check-out time: 11:00 am
  • Please vacate the bungalow by check-out time to allow cleaning and preparation for incoming guests

Rental Policies

  • Maximum occupancy per room is limited to 2 guests
  • Our bungalows are not suitable for children due to stairs without fences and a non-childfriendly environment
  • Pets are not allowed within the bungalows
  • Events and parties are not permitted on the premises
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the bungalows and common areas

House Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please minimize noise during these times
  • Daily housekeeping is provided between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm
  • The kitchen is a shared space. Please use it considerately for all guests

Parking

  • Park vehicles only in designated areas
  • Do not block driveways or other vehicles
  • For parking instructions and availability, please inquire with the host

Safety Boxes

  • All rooms are equipped with safety boxes to securely store valuable belongings

Security and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay
  • We encourage all guests to use the safety boxes provided and take appropriate security measures
  • The property owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings

Termination of Stay

  • In case of non-compliance with house rules, the property owner may terminate a guest's stay without a refund
  • Early check-out requests may be considered, but refunds are subject to the cancellation policy

Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Uluwatu, Bali
  • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts

Payments and Booking Platforms

Payment terms may vary depending on where you make your reservation.

  • For direct website bookings, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway
  • PayPal accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • For Booking.com, Airbnb, or other agencies, payment follows that platform's procedures
  • Please review the specific payment terms shown during checkout on your selected platform

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep this policy fair and clear.

  • Cancellations made at least 5 days before arrival receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable
  • Cancellation deadline: 11:59 pm local time on the 5th day prior to arrival
  • Refund timing: refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on payment provider and bank processing
  • We recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes
  • Cancellation requests must be made through the original booking platform or by contacting our reservation team
